All orders are shipped from Southern California

5 days a week Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm PST.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday during normal business hours.Some extensions are stocked in-house, while others may require special ordering based on color, length, or inventory availability. Because of this, shipping times may vary.Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an estimated shipping timeframe for your specific order.Please allow up to 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Returns

We do not offer refunds at this time. You may return Polished Mane extensions for store credit within 14 days from the delivery date of the hair.

Returns are only accepted if the product is still sealed in its original packaging and binding, and has not been altered or tampered with in any way.

Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of purchase via completed Exchange Request form. Approval of exchange will be verified via email from info@polishedmane.com. Directions for an exchange will be detailed in said email.
